Understanding Return & Refund Fees

If the original packaging is not available, a packaging fee of 40% of the item’s value will be deducted from the refund, along with the applicable restocking and collection fees. This fee covers the cost of replacement packaging materials, safe handling, and preparation for resale.
If the original packaging is available, only the restocking fee and collection fee will be deducted from the refund.
2. Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of 20% of the item value applies to all returns. This fee covers the cost of quality inspection, cleaning, repackaging, and returning the item to inventory

Collection fees are based on the item’s value and cover the cost of arranging courier collection from the customer’s address:

We will either send you a link and ask you to take it to a post office or arrange a pickup with you and one of our partnered couriers. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit.

We will confirm receipt and process your refund, or we can provide you with a voucher code that you can use at checkout when placing your next order or exchange within 14 working days of receiving the returned items. The amount will be credited to the same card or payment method used for your original purchase.

If you are outside of the 14-day returns policy but are within the 12-month manufacturer warranty, contact us with photos of the fault. We will be able to offer a replacement if in stock, or a replacement product of the same value or we can provide you with a voucher code that you can use at checkout when placing your new order.
