We use a third party courier when delivering items, and we put our full trust and faith in the courier to deliver the order in a timely and fashionable manner. We are disappointed to see that this has not be done on this occasion and will be raising a full investigation into the matter with the courier.
In the meantime, we have issued a refund for the order, please allow 3-5 working days for the refund to appear into your account.
Please feel free to either discard of the items or donate to a local charity in the hope someone can find a use for them.
