Your Home Gym in One Set
This 15kg dumbbell set is a handy way to get a full-body workout without leaving the house. The dumbbell is one of the most versatile pieces of equipment going, so it is ideal for a spare room, garage or living room corner.
Adjust in Seconds
Simply slip on the plates you want, spin the collars on and begin your workout. The set includes 4 x 2.5kg plates and 2 x 1.5kg plates, so you can make lighter or heavier changes between exercises as you go.
Secure, Comfortable Grip
The bar has a grooved, non-slip texture designed to stop your hand slipping during dumbbell exercises. Spin-on collar locks keep the plates firmly in place, so you can focus on your technique.
Endless Exercise Options
Add resistance to squats, lunges and thrusters, or isolate your chest, arms and back with curls, rows and presses. It is a great starting point for building a home routine and progressing at your own pace. Once you are done, the compact set tucks neatly into a cupboard or under the bed, ready for your next session.
