Refund policy

We pride ourselves on the quality of all our goods and bargains that we offer.

However, we also know that when shopping online, sometimes things can go wrong.

If you experience any issues with delivery or received items, please contact us as soon as possible at info@bargainia.com with your full name and order number, or call us at 020 3148 8888.

We will be more than happy to assist you and get any issues resolved!

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Our dispatch time varies from 12 hours to 3 working days.

We cannot guarantee we will be able to cancel your order if it has already been dispatched from our distribution centre and is with the courier.

If you would like to return the item for a refund, you can reject the delivery from the courier.

Please be advised that if the order has left our distribution centre, the shipping charge will be non-refundable upon receiving the rejected order.

Returns

Please contact our friendly Customer Service Team prior to returning any items.  All returns must first be authorised, as unapproved returns may not be processed. We will be able to provide you with the return details, and provide further assistance to ease the returns process.

Our policy for refunds & exchanges is 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your delivery date, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.


We advise you to keep hold of the original packaging until you have full unpacked the item, and are happy with your purchase. If you wish to return the item for any reason, it will need to be returned in the original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.

We reserve the right to reject any returned orders if the item is sent without authorisation, in an unsatisfactory condition, or is returned more than 30 days after the delivery date.

All returned items get processed within 10 working days. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:

  • Any customised order, eg custom cut stair runners.
  • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned.
  • For hygiene purposes, we can't accept returns on Food & Drinks, Health & Beauty products, Makeup, Underwear, or Lingerie unless the item is faulty or the wrong item has been sent.


Please always contact us prior to returning an item as unapproved returns may not be processed.

To return your product, you should mail it to: Bargainia, 4 Telford Way, Kettering, NN16 8UN, United Kingdom.

If you are returning an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Please then provide us with the tracking details, so we can monitor your return.


Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item you have already received, please contact our Customer Service Team and arrange a return. Once the item has been received back, you will be rewarded a refund and will be advised to place a new order for the item you wish to receive.


Refunds

All refunds will be processed back through the original payment method.

Refunds usually take between 3-5 working days. If you haven’t received the funds in the timescale mentioned, please contact our Customer Service Team, and they will be able to assist you further.

Please note that we cannot take responsibility for delayed refunds from third-party payment providers such as Klarna, Clearpay and New Pay.

Complaints

We always try to do right by our customers, but sometimes things don’t go as they should.

All feedback and complaints get passed on to the manager in charge and are always thoroughly investigated.
