BROWN CHECKED TARTAN SHAGGY: a warm checked tartan design in brown, beige and cream runs across the whole rug, giving your living room, bedroom or lounge a cosy focal point with a soft, deep shag pile.

THICK 5CM DEEP PILE: a dense 50mm pile cushions every step, absorbs footfall noise and adds insulation over hard floors, so cold laminate or tiles feel warmer through the winter months.

STAIN RESISTANT POLYPROPYLENE: the 100% Berclon Twist polypropylene pile holds its shape, resists crushing and doesn't shed, and it is naturally stain resistant so most spills can be lifted quickly.

SIZES FROM 60 X 110CM: available from a 60 x 110cm bedside rug and a 60 x 230cm runner up to a generous 200 x 290cm, with stitched edges that help the rug hold its shape with everyday use.

UNDERFLOOR HEATING SAFE: a jute hessian style backing works on hardwood, laminate, tile and carpet and is suitable for use over underfloor heating, and a gripper is recommended on smooth floors.

Add warmth, pattern and a deep, cosy feel to your floor with this checked shaggy rug. The California brown checked rug pairs a brown, beige and cream tartan with a thick 5cm pile of non-shedding Berclon Twist polypropylene. It is stain resistant and has a jute hessian style backing that is suitable for underfloor heating. Choose from 60 x 110cm up to 200 x 290cm, including a 60 x 230cm runner.

Full Description

Classic Checks, Cosy Texture

The Bravich California brown checked shaggy rug brings together a timeless tartan pattern and a thick, sink-in pile. Warm brown, beige and cream checks run across the full surface, giving the rug a distinct look that works in modern and traditional rooms alike. Lay it in front of the sofa, under a coffee table or beside the bed for an instant cosy feel.

Thick 5cm Pile

A dense 50mm pile gives this rug genuine depth. It feels soft and cushioned underfoot, absorbs footfall noise and adds a layer of insulation over hard flooring, which makes a real difference through the colder months.

Berclon Twist Polypropylene

The pile is woven from 100% Berclon Twist polypropylene, chosen because it holds its shape, resists crushing in busy areas and does not shed fibres across your floor. The colours stay strong rather than fading over time, and the fibres are moth resistant too.

Easy Living, Easy Care

Polypropylene is naturally stain resistant and water repellent, so most spills sit on the surface long enough to be lifted before they soak in. The jute hessian style backing suits hardwood, laminate, tile and carpet, and it is suitable for use over underfloor heating. Vacuum regularly using suction only, with no beater bar, and spot clean spills promptly with a damp cloth.
