DISPATCH & DELIVERY INFORMATION 

UK MAINLAND 

  • No minimum order.
  • All of your orders are sent out as a tracked delivery, you will receive tracking information on your dispatch email (please check your junk/spam folder for this email)
  • You can choose your service to suit your needs. We use Yodel, DPD or a 2 Man delivery service for large and bulky items and you have the option to choose which courier you would like to go with. 
  • We will always aim to dispatch/deliver your items within the time frame given, but delays may happen due to a high volume of orders, bank holidays and other national holidays.
  • Total time from order to delivery can be up to 10 Working days for UK Mainland depending on our order volume, peak times and courier delays. 
  • If you have not received your items within 25 Working Days, your parcel may be lost. Please contact us straight away, once 30 days have passed we cannot accept a claim for a non-delivery on your order. Contact us at: info@bargainia.com

SCOTTISH HIGHLANDS & OFFSHORE DELIVERY 

  • Please note that Scottish Highlands and Off Shore postcode areas have been determined by our Couriers and the cost of delivery is more due to us reflecting our courier costs. We are always actively looking for cheaper alternative shipping and will always reflect any price changes within our delivery fees.
  • Due to courier restrictions, we can only send items smaller than 120cm in length to Northern Ireland & Isle of Mann. If you would like to discuss your order further. Please contact us.
  • Total time from order to delivery can be up to 14 Working days for Scottish Highlands & Off Shore delivery depending on our order volume, peak times and courier delays.

DELIVERY COSTS

TWO-MAN DELIVERY - LARGE/ HEAVY ITEMS - UK MAINLAND ONLY 

We offer a bespoke 2-man delivery service for all our Larger Furniture Items, Large Rugs and Large Gym equipment. This means that your large items arrive with you safely and carefully. 

  1. Once your order has been processed you will receive an email of the estimated delivery date (We strive to deliver your large items within 5-7 Business days from the dispatch date)
  2. Within this time frame, you will be contacted by phone to receive confirmation of your delivery date and 4-hour time slot. 
  3. An email will follow the phone call, so you have all the information you need for your delivery at hand. 
  4. Please provide the best contact number on your order as the delivery drivers will call you when they are an hour away from your address. This will allow you to step out of the property and come back in time to accept your delivery. 

For Large item delivery to flats, please note that the staircase must be at least 90 cm wide.

Delivery

  • Delivery will be made only to the address stated by you at the time of placing the order.
  • Delivery will be made by the seller or an agent appointed by the seller.
  • The seller and their agents will make all reasonable efforts to meet the date agreed for delivery; should this not be possible, the seller will not be held responsible.
  • Once the date and time have been agreed, if the buyer is not present, the seller reserves the right to charge to cover the costs of rearranging delivery.
  • Delivery timescales and charges are estimated guidelines. Some products for Northern Ireland Buyers may occasionally take longer due to the logistics of supply.
  • The seller or nominated agents are unable to hold goods. Delivery must be arranged within ten days of the goods being available for delivery. The seller retains the right to charge storage should the time period be exceeded.
  • Most Goods will require some form of assembly, and it is the Buyer's responsibility to assemble the Goods.         
  • Delivery is official to the front door only, but Goods may be taken to the room of choice at the driver's discretion if access is clear. For health and safety, our delivery people are not able to remove their shoes. Please ensure you protect any floor and surfaces.
  • All delivery must be signed for, and possessions of the Goods will be transferred to the Buyer.
  • Deliveries Costs
    • If the delivery of the goods fails at the door because the goods won’t fit or the buyer changes their mind, the seller reserves the right to deduct the failed delivery charge and return charge from the purchased goods refund. It is the buyer’s responsibility to take measurements and ensure that goods will fit before the delivery team arrives.
    • If the buyer has been booked in for delivery and is not present to receive the delivery, the seller reserves the right to cancel the goods order and deduct the failed delivery charge along with the return charge from the goods order refund.
