DISPATCH & DELIVERY INFORMATION 

UK MAINLAND 

• No minimum order.
• All of your orders are sent out as a tracked delivery, you will receive tracking information on your dispatch email (please check your junk/spam folder for this email)
• You can choose your service to suit your needs. We use Evri, DPD or a 2 Man delivery service for large and bulky items and you have the option to choose which courier you would like to go with. 
• We will always aim to dispatch/deliver your items within the time frame given, but delays may happen due to a high volume of orders, bank holidays and other national holidays.
• Rug Delivery: For Rugs in sizes 200 x 290cm & 240 x 300cm these may take up to 7 days to arrive, due to the size they have to be sent via a special courier service. Rugs sized 300 x 400cm will be sent via a 2 Man delivery service, you will be contacted for your delivery to be booked in with you.
• Total time from order to delivery can be up to 10 Working days for UK Mainland depending on our order volume, peak times and courier delays. 
• If you have not received your items within 25 Working Days, your parcel may be lost. Please contact us straight away, once 30 days have passed we cannot accept a claim for a non-delivery on your order. Contact us at: info@bargainia.com

 

 

Total time from order to delivery can be up to 10 WORKING DAYS due to the festive season & courier delays. But we always aim to keep to the below schedule (this is just a guide and we cannot predict extra courier delays) Once your order is dispatched, you will receive and email with your tracking details. Please also check your Junk/Spam folders for this email. 

 

TWO-MAN DELIVERY - LARGE/ HEAVY ITEMS (UK Mainland)

 We offer a bespoke 2-man delivery service for all our Larger Furniture Items, Large Rugs (300 x 400cm) and Large Gym equipment. This means that your large items arrive with you safely and carefully. Please note, our two man service is drop off to door step only. Please make sure you have the means to accept the delivery.

1. Once your order has been processed you will receive an email or text of the estimated delivery date (We strive to deliver your large items within 10 Business days from the dispatch date)
2. Within this time frame, you will be contacted by phone to receive confirmation of your delivery date and 4-hour time slot. 
3. An email will follow the phone call, so you have all the information you need for your delivery at hand. 
4. Please provide the best contact number on your order as the delivery drivers will call you when they are an hour away from your address. This will allow you to step out of the property and come back in time to accept your delivery. 

 

SCOTTISH HIGHLANDS & OFFSHORE DELIVERY 

• Please note that Scottish Highlands and Off Shore postcode areas have been determined by our Couriers and the cost of delivery is more due to us reflecting our courier costs. 
• Due to courier restrictions, There are some items we cannot send to you. This includes Rugs 200 x 290cm and bigger. If you would like to discuss your order further. Please contact us.
• Total time from order to delivery can be up to 14 Working days for Scottish Highlands & Off Shore delivery depending on our order volume, peak times and courier delays.
• If you have not received your items within 25 Working Days, your parcel may be lost. Please contact us straight away, once 30 days have passed we cannot accept a claim for a non-delivery on your order.  Contact us on: info@bargainia.com

TWO-MAN DELIVERY - LARGE/ HEAVY ITEMS (SCOTTISH HIGHLANDS & ISLANDS)

Due to courier pricing a surcharge of £50 has been added for two man delivery to these postcodes - AB, DD8 11, IV, KW 1 14, PA21 40, PH 17 26, 30 35, 37 39, 41, 49, 50, KW15 -17, ZE, HS, PA20, 41 49, 60 75, 77, 78, KA 27, KA 28, PH 42 44, IV40

We offer a bespoke 2-man delivery service for all our Larger Furniture Items, Large Rugs (300 x 400cm) and Large Gym equipment. This means that your large items arrive with you safely and carefully.Please note, our two-man service can be dropped at the door step or into a room of your choice on the terms the boxes will fit. Please make sure you have the means to accept the delivery.

Please note during busy periods leading up to Christmas it may take up to 15 Business Days to receive your orders.)
