LARGE, HEAVY & BULKY ITEMS
UK MAINLAND
We offer a bespoke 2-man delivery service for all our Larger Furniture Items, Large Rugs (300 x 400cm) and Large Gym equipment. This means that your large items arrive with you safely and carefully. Please note, our two-man service can be dropped at the door step or into a room of your choice on the terms the boxes will fit. Please make sure you have the means to accept the delivery.
- Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with the estimated delivery date. (We strive to deliver your large items within 10 Business days from the dispatch date. Please note during busy periods leading up to Christmas it may take up to 15 Business Days to receive your orders.)
- Within this time frame, you will be contacted by phone to receive confirmation of your delivery date and 4-hour time slot.
- An email will follow the phone call, so you have all the information you need for your delivery at hand.
- Please provide the best contact number on your order as the delivery drivers will call you when they are an hour away from your address. This will allow you to step out of the property and come back in time to accept your delivery.
For Large item delivery to flats, please note that the staircase must be at least 90 cm wide.
