Processing and dispatch times vary by product category:
Standard & small parcel items: Orders are shipped within the same day to up to 3 business days after processing.
Furniture & oversized items requiring two-man delivery: Orders are shipped within 2 to 5 business days after processing.
Please note that processing times are separate from shipping transit times.

United Kingdom: A flat shipping fee of £4.95 applies to all orders below £49.

Free Shipping: Orders of £49 and above qualify for free standard shipping.

International Orders: Shipping costs for international orders will be calculated at checkout and vary based on destination and carrier rates.
- All large items booked for delivery in advance by the customer will be subject to a £49 re-delivery charge should the delivery fail due to the customer not being contactable when delivery is attempted.

How to Return

The item must be returned in resellable condition, unused, and unassembled. Package it in the original boxes or in similar packaging if the original boxes are not available.

Understanding Return & Refund Fees
1. Packaging Fees
If the original packaging is not available, a packaging fee of 40% of the item’s value will be deducted from the refund, along with the applicable restocking and collection fees. This fee covers the cost of replacement packaging materials, safe handling, and preparation for resale.
If the original packaging is available, only the restocking fee and collection fee will be deducted from the refund.
2. Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of 20% of the item value applies to all returns. This fee covers the cost of quality inspection, cleaning, repackaging, and returning the item to inventory
3. Collection Fee
Collection fees are based on the item’s value and cover the cost of arranging courier collection from the customer’s address:

Shipping and Refund

We will either send you a link and ask you to take it to a post office or arrange a pickup with you and one of our partnered couriers. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit.

We will confirm receipt and process your refund, or we can provide you with a voucher code that you can use at checkout when placing your next order or exchange within 14 working days of receiving the returned items. The amount will be credited to the same card or payment method used for your original purchase.

Please note that we cannot refund the original delivery fee for your items. This cost will be deducted from your refund.
Returning Unwanted Items Policy

For items returned due to a change of mind or reasons unrelated to damage or fault, a 20% restocking fee and the applicable collection fee will be charged. If the original packaging is not provided, an additional 40% packaging fee will be applied as outlined earlier.

When you return unwanted items, the original delivery fee is non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.

If your order qualified for free delivery, we will deduct the original delivery cost that Orsina incurred from your refund.

Please note that we are unable to offer free returns, and any return shipping costs will need to be covered by the customer.

Keep the original packaging until you’re sure the items won’t be returned. It saves time and avoids extra costs for replacement boxes and shipping materials.

Please consider delaying the assembly if you are unsure about keeping the furniture. For returns, the item must be sent back in the same condition and packaging as it was originally delivered.

Please return the items in the same packaging and condition you received them, so they remain protected during transit and can be resold in perfect condition to another customer.

We aim to deliver every order in perfect condition, but if your item arrives faulty or damaged, returning it is simple and hassle-free.

Clearance items (Non-Refundable)
Items bought from the clearance section or marked as final sale cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. These products are offered at a reduced price and are only eligible for a refund if they arrive damaged or faulty.
Free Delivery Orders
If your order qualifies for free delivery but you return the item, the original delivery cost will be deducted from your refund. This charge reflects the delivery service originally provided, even if it was offered at no cost at the time of purchase.
What if it's outside the 14-day return window?

We recognise that orders can sometimes arrive damaged and ask you to please always check your items thoroughly within 14 days of arrival, as we are unable to issue any refunds or replacements outside of our 14-day return policy.

If you are outside of the 14-day returns policy but are within the 12-month manufacturer warranty, contact us with photos of the fault. We will be able to offer a replacement if in stock, or a replacement product of the same value or we can provide you with a voucher code that you can use at checkout when placing your new order. Please note that this is based on whether the damage is a manufacturing error.
